With a PhD in Engineering and Transport Economics, he has a degree in Electronic Engineering, and has worked for almost twenty years at the CIRT and in the DITEN department at Genoa University. He promoted development of the local sustainable mobility sector (both public and private) in the CIRT, leading to membership of ASSTRA and starting collaboration with CEI-CIVES. He is sole administrator for the Columbia Group and Chair of CIFI for Liguria.
